Loyal to the Leaf is proudly based in British Columbia, Canada.

Our apparel is designed in Canada and printed and fulfilled through Canadian-based production partners.

Where We Currently Ship

Loyal to the Leaf currently ships throughout Canada and the United States.

Shipping is available to eligible residential and commercial addresses in both countries. Availability, rates, and delivery estimates may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We do not currently ship to destinations outside Canada and the United States.

Made to Order

Our apparel is produced after your order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for printing, quality control, packing, and shipment before your package begins its journey to you.

Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location, production volume, shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, customs or border processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping estimates displayed during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to additional transit time due to cross-border processing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information using the email address provided during checkout after your order has shipped.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, service interruptions, customs or border processing, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

If your shipment appears significantly delayed or lost, contact us and we will help investigate.

Shipping costs are calculated or displayed during checkout based on the order, destination, and available shipping method.

Promotional free-shipping offers, when available, may have minimum purchase requirements or other conditions.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by customs or government authorities on shipments to the United States.

International Shipping

At this time, Loyal to the Leaf ships only within Canada and the United States.

Shipping to destinations outside Canada and the United States is not currently available.

As the brand grows, we may expand shipping to additional international destinations. When international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations, rates, and any applicable conditions will be displayed on our website.
