Loyal to the Leaf creates Canadian-inspired apparel featuring original designs celebrating Canadian pride, humor, identity, culture, and places.

Our apparel is designed in Canada and printed in Canada through Canadian-based production partners.

Most of our apparel is produced after an order is placed.

We make reasonable efforts to represent our products, colors, artwork, sizing, and appearance accurately on our website.

However, colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, display settings, lighting, garment color, printing process, and normal manufacturing variations.

Because products are individually printed, minor variations in print placement, color, positioning, or appearance may occur.

These normal production variations are not necessarily considered defects.

Product descriptions, designs, colors, sizes, availability, and specifications may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you submit an order through Loyal to the Leaf, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, modify, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving suspected fraud, payment issues, technical errors, pricing errors, product availability, or other legitimate business reasons.

Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for production or fulfilment.

Our apparel is generally made to order, and orders may enter production shortly after being placed.

Once production has started, we may be unable to change or cancel the order.

If we need to modify, reject, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, telephone number, billing information, or other contact information provided with your order.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Canadian version of our website are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed and confirmed when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Loyal to the Leaf currently ships within Canada and the United States.

Our apparel is printed and fulfilled through Canadian-based production partners.

Because our products are made to order, production occurs before your order is shipped.

Shipping and delivery times shown on our website or during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by production volume, shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs or border processing, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders shipped from Canada to the United States may require additional transit time because of customs or cross-border processing.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order after the package has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package becomes lost, returned, delayed, or undeliverable because an incorrect or incomplete address was submitted, additional replacement or shipping charges may apply.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier-related delays may be outside our direct control.

We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to help investigate significantly delayed or apparently lost shipments.

Purchasing a Loyal to the Leaf product gives you ownership of the physical product you purchased.

Shopify's trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of Shopify.
